Calanque de l'Œil de Verre is a beach located in Metropolitan France, near the village of Queyrons, which is 520 meters away. The calanque de l'Œil de Verre, or calanque de Saint-Jean-de-Dieu is a calanque located at the bottom of the Vierge valley, an enclosed valley with a drop of nearly 400 meters between two vertical walls at the foot of the Grande Candelle, between the Devenson plateau and the Calanque de Sugiton in the Calanques massif, between Marseille and Cassis. It is located in the 9th arrondissement of Marseille and is part of the Vaufrèges district.
The calanque is accessible from the Luminy university campus by crossing the Sugiton pass. From the base of the Candelle which it follows, the path becomes narrower and more elevated until reaching the calanque de l'Oeil-de-Verre.
